If so, we want you to join our team!

Center City District is looking for outgoing, customer service oriented individuals to join our Community Service Representatives Team, Full time, 40 hours a week, to be a part of the exciting outdoor environment Philadelphia Center City District has to offer. Must be flexible for either day or evening position.

We are primarily hiring for our 2p to 10p team, Tuesday through Saturday!

Plus we are also looking to hire for our daytime teams! Sunday through Thursday and Tuesday through Saturday!

Who We Are:
Center City District (CCD) is a business improvement district dedicated to keeping the downtown Philadelphia Center City Area, clean, safe and attractive. The CCD works with other organizations to make the area an attractive place to live, work and visit.

What You Will Do:
As a CSR you will be an outdoor, roving Goodwill Ambassador,providing hospitality services while walking in a specific area of Center City and act as a positive, friendly and welcoming presence in the Center City District. CSRs communicate the sites of interest, current entertainment and events, provide directions and assist tourists, visitors, residents and businesses. As a CSR, you will also be interacting with City and other agencies acting as additional “eyes and ears”.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in all types of weather is required;
  • Able to stand on feet for extended periods of times in all types of weather is required;
  • High School graduate or equivalent;
  • 2 years college or two years of work experience in a related field such as Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Security preferred;
  • Able to pass post offer physical, drug test, reference, criminal and other background checks;
  • COVID-19 vaccine required- Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
