Community Services Representative-Recruiter Job Description

Position Title: Community Services Representative-Recruiter

Report Relationship: Agency Director

Category of Employment: Hourly

Starting Salary Range: Negotiable

Position Synopsis: Overall responsibility for networking and recruiting in the community.

Primary Duties:

1. Assume responsibility for providing a networking program in the community.

2. Assume responsibility for recruiting employees for the company.

3. Perform interviews, background checks, drug testing, etc.

4. Suggest ways to maintain current employees with the company (retention).

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Excellent problem solving skills.

3. Professional phone skills, experience with handling customer concerns and a strong desire to provide the highest quality services.

4. Meet or exceed minimum qualifications for each of the following background

Checks: Criminal history, and motor vehicle driving record.

5. Must be bondable.

6. Must be 21 years of age or older.

7. Must hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

8. Professional integrity with no history of abuse toward a person.

Community Services Representative-Recruiter Job Description

Hours:

Hours are typically Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Other:

The probationary period for the position is a minimum of 90 days. This position is renewed annually as part of the performance evaluation process. This position is an at- will position; both the employee and the employer can terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without cause or notice. The employee is asked to provide the employer with a minimum of 14 days notice of resignation to prevent the disruption of client services.
