Elk Grove Adult Community Training (EG-ACT) is a non-profit, community-based day program, serving adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. EG-ACT is committed to providing high-quality services to its clients. Job applicants with experiences working with persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply, but all candidates motivated to learn on the job are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates must:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be able to pass a DOJ fingerprint clearance.
- Be able to pass a workplace physical and TB test.
- Have a clean DMV record.
- driving company vehicles is required.
Position is full time, 30 hours a week, 6 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 8:45am-2:45pm with over $10,000 in benefits as listed below:
- Employee only Medical (Kaiser), with a share of cost.
- Dental and vision with no cost to employee.
- Paid sick and vacation (ability to accrue upon hire).
- $25,000 life insurance policy (employer paid).
- Ability to purchase additional voluntary benefits.
Job type: full time position @ $16.25 an hour. We have open positions in Galt and Elk Grove CA.
