This position, in conjunction with other supervisory staff within the Community Treatment program, is responsible for the overall program management, day-to-day operation, oversight, and staff supervision of Community Treatment services serving the behavioral health needs of individuals qualifying for these services through medical necessity or appropriate program-based assessment. These programs are such programs as Assertive Community Treatment and Assertive Community Treatment Models for special populations (i.e. Children’s, Forensic, First Episode), Housing Services (i.e. HUD, Homelessness, PSH, PPW), and Employment Services. This position represents the Agency within the communities served, within the Northwestern Management Structure, and within Regional and State meetings, committees, or forums.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in relevant human services field required*
• Related clinical experience required
• LPC or LCSW license or license-eligible required
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and the ability to provide your own transportation

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• May be exposed to allergenic environments from client’s homes, including extreme heat, humidity, dust, smoke, pet contamination, cleaning supplies, etc.
• May be exposed to clients with infectious diseases
• Must be able to drive for long periods of time to visit clients in and out of the catchment area as needed
• Must be able to walk distances, climb and descend stairs, maneuver in and out of agency vehicles
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds at times
