ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track competitor pricing and promotion moves across all geographies and strategic accounts
• Understand the universe of available data and prioritize resources to develop the best insights and recommendations
• Analyze IRI, Nielsen and other syndicated sources on an ongoing basis to provide insights and guide revenue generation/promotional strategy
• Create executive facing presentations with recommendations and insights drawn from the data
• Build dashboards/trackers and address ad-hoc queries
• Establish strong cross functional relationships to assist and lead ad-hoc projects and analyses

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in nicotine industry
• Experience with IRI, Nielsen, BI tools (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft BI), a CPG company, or a technology company specifically working with data portals, ideally in a customer facing role (internal or external)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong cross functional communication skills
• Capacity to clearly communicate compelling data-driven messages and stories
• Ability to prioritize multiple work streams
• High level of proficiency in Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint

EDUCATION:

• Quantitative undergraduate degree strongly preferred
