How will you contribute? You’ll:

• Receive customer complaints from multiple sources
• Check for discrepancies about the returned information and products
• Check with customer if any discrepancy might occur in order to ensure that the Quality Notification to be transferred to Post Market Surveillance is complete
• Contact customers if needed for additional information/clarification
• Manage complaints to ensure that they are closed within process timeframe.
• Other duties as assigned

Your Key Qualifications as a Complaints Administrator:

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of experience in Return, PMS and Customer Support data bases
• Understanding of Good Documentation Practice principles
• Understanding of Quality Notifications and associated documents
• Good knowledge of Document Control principles
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
