As a compliance and risk management coordinator at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for assisting Northwest Health Services Directors and staff by:
- Coordinate annual safety inspections, track report and maintain records.
- Update Emergency Management Plan, participate in local emergency planning activities, and coordinate safety drills.
- Assist with policy and procedure updates and implementation.
- Coordinate and assist with internal safety and risk management activities.
- Develop an understanding of healthcare and FQHC laws and regulations.
- Assist with internal service line audits.

- A valid driver’s license and proof of active insurance.
- Ability to work both independently and part a of multi-functional, multi-organizational teams with staff at all levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with colleagues within the organization and the ability to exercise mature judgment.
