Northwest Health Services is seeking a Compliance and Risk Management Coordinator to join our team of professionals, who is passionate about advancing their career.

As a compliance and risk management coordinator at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for assisting Northwest Health Services Directors and staff by:

  • Coordinate annual safety inspections, track report and maintain records.
  • Update Emergency Management Plan, participate in local emergency planning activities, and coordinate safety drills.
  • Assist with policy and procedure updates and implementation.
  • Coordinate and assist with internal safety and risk management activities.
  • Develop an understanding of healthcare and FQHC laws and regulations.
  • Assist with internal service line audits.

  • A valid driver’s license and proof of active insurance.
  • Ability to work both independently and part a of multi-functional, multi-organizational teams with staff at all levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with colleagues within the organization and the ability to exercise mature judgment.
