JOB SUMMARY

This position creates daily list of reported alleged violations to be followed up by visits to residences. Position has daily contact with residents to determine whether complaint is violation of declaration of restrictions.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes, but not limited to)

  • Follows up on all reported violations; communicates with residents in person or by phone, then determines whether a Deed Restrictions Reminder has to be written;
  • Reviews all violations daily, observes and writes reviews;
  • Reviews deed compliance violation letters for accuracy before letters are sent certified mail;
  • Inputs data/statistics and generates reports for the Community Standards Manager and Community Standards Administrative Coordinator pertaining to deed compliance and violations;
  • Inspects Community Standards Officer’s truck for maintenance and oil changes;
  • Communicates regularly with residents demonstrating courtesy and understanding while explaining violations;
  • Attend Board meetings as assigned by the Director of Resident Services or Community Standards Manager;
  • Attend community events or meetings as assigned by the Director of Resident Services or Community Standards Manager.

  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • May be expected to perform additional duties in an emergency.
