Pike Motorworks Apartments is a 243 unit luxury mid-rise community in the Pike/Pine corridor of Capitol Hill. Easily accessible by public transportation, you'll be working at the center of one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Seattle.
The hourly range for this position is $20.00-$26.78. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.

The Concierge will work Friday-Monday from 2:00pm-8:00pm.

A typical day as a Concierge will include but is not limited to:

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member
• Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
• Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience or transferable skills:

• Excellent customer service and someone who can interact with a diverse group of people
• Professional in dress & communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests
• Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software
