Project Coordinator
The project coordinator works alongside a project manager to complete these projects. The coordinator is responsible for tracking and evaluating each segment of the project to ensure that it is completed, with necessary resources to do so. The project coordinator is expected to create and meet deadlines of a schedule and communicate the schedule effectively and will document the phases of the project in accordance to set dates and goals. They are also responsible for the procurement and delivery of necessary tools and equipment to crews and their job sights. Coordinators must be familiar with all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Multiple Projects
- Review and Document phases of the project
- Configure Material Lists
- Figure and Order Concrete
- Oversee Crews, Tools and Equipment
- Layout Projects
- Ensure Safety Protocols are being followed
- Interact with customers
- Work with Subcontractors
- Scheduling
- Working with team members in the field
- Working to fix project site issues
Skills & Requirements
- Detail Oriented

- Driver's License Required
- Ability to Acquire a Class A CDL
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
