Rate is based on experience. Opportunity for advancement after just 30 days.
- $300 HIRING BONUS - to be paid after the employee reports to work on time every day they are scheduled during the 30-day probationary period.

Who We Are:
We are a construction company with over 25 years in the Triangle Area seeking experienced erosion control laborers.
Who Are You:
- Dependable work ethic
- Must be able to excel in a team atmosphere
- No lifting limitations
- Be able to work outdoors in all elements for up to 10 hours per day
- Reliable transportation
- Early morning (7 AM) start at Apex shop
- Work week is Monday - Friday (Saturdays are available but not required)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Install and/or repair various erosion control devices, including silt fence, silt fence outlets, temporary driveways, tree protection fence, seed & straw, and erosion control matting
- Assist Crew Leader as directed
