DAY-TO-DAY

This engaging position works in our Columbus office Monday and Friday and travels to job sites in OH, VA, WV, NC, and SC from Tuesday - Thursday.

As a Construction Manager, you are essential in our ability to get things done. From the start of a project to the end, you take control of the wheel and steer the work to completion. In the beginning stages, you submit plans to vendors and create estimates based on their feedback. You also send plans to subs and then select the ones you feel will be the best fit for the job. Organized and efficient, you create a schedule for the project and update it frequently as the work proceeds.

Daily reports keep you current on the project's progress, and you review each update as well as the inspection reports to make sure everything is going according to plan. Eager to ensure our compliance with regulations, you stay on top of permits and utility applications. You also keep in close contact with the project superintendent, who is your eyes and ears when you're not on site. Working together, you strive to meet our goal of exceeding expectations. As you follow through, you enjoy watching the project develop into an eye-catching, functional structure that serves our client well!
