The Field Service Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of multi-family projects. (Austin area)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
  • Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
  • Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.
  • Anticipate and resolve client issues.
  • Attend client mandated meeting as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
  • Commit to being highly visible on job sites.


The successful candidate will:

  • Understand carpentry, building, and contracting.
  • Self-motivated, strong communication skills and problem solver.
  • Possess organizational skills for multiple projects at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, project management and planning.
  • Self-starter, flexible and follow processes.
  • Be collaborative, honest, adaptable, creative.
  • Maintain a positive attitude; priorities clients and represent AIS with pride & integrity.
  • Communicate efficiently among all departments and meets deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% with a valid driver’s license.
  • 3 years prior to construction preferred.
