Construction Sales Executive (Masonry) Job at SST Direct
Seeking a Sales Executive with Masonry experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in sunny Los Angeles, CA!
Compensation up to $200,000+ per year (including commission) !
In this position, you will play an integral role in a stable, established Masonry company with huge potential for career growth!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client site visits & meticulously intake project scope details
- Secure all relevant information to submit detailed bids including materials identification
- Manage clients relationships with partner vendors including landscape designers, architects, engineers, irrigation specialists, etc.
- Prepare detailed bids for submission according to pricing formulas
- Deploy strategies to meet monthly sales targets
- Provide regular counsel to clients & continue to build relationship until sold job
- Prepare contract & invoice for client
- Conduct weekly meetings with Project Management to transition approved bids to strategic planning phase
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of in-field masonry and concrete experience (in both commercial and residential sectors)
- Proven customer service experience
- Computer proficiency
- Expert knowledge of the trade, including block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing and blueprints
