The role!
You’re a recent graduate with a technical degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business but don’t feel that a traditional position in these fields is right for you.- You have a background in construction and love the customer interaction part of your job.
- You want to be on a team that invests as much in you as you invest in them.

Your role on the team:
The ideal candidate wants to better themselves and the outlook for their family, and invest in a new skill. You are passionate about housing and the construction industry, and dream of being part of a high-energy and thriving work environment.
Expectations:
You will invest heavily in learning quickly. The skills you’ll learn are new, but quickly learnable.- You will indulge yourself in a Prospecting sales culture to create high quality leads that compliment marketing leads
- You’ll follow our “Playbook” and master the individual skills to blend them all together.
- You are a self starter and hungry for success - nothing will stop you.
Skills:
- Motivated, intelligent, want to succeed and build a career, open feedback and training
- Successful track record in customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed
- Proficiency with technology (MS Office, Google Drive)
- Hubspot Certified, experience or applicable CRM experience is a plus
- Familiarity with team communication tools like Slack
- Sandler Sales Training a plus

About Acton Construction:
