What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure quality control, job site productivity and safety
- Ensure work is being performed accordance with schedule and project plan
- Manage firm employees on job sites including subcontractors
- Perform material take-offs and framing layouts
- Frequently communicate with project managers, owners and necessary parties
- Ensure timely deliveries by coordinating orders and ensuring a clean schedule
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years as a Superintendent in a residential setting
- 7-10 years of field experience in residential construction, production home building
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft software
