Bitterroot Studio is a full-service event floral design studio, specializing in creating dream event flowers. Our passion is providing stunning floral arrangements for an effortless and efficient client experience. We are located in Arvada, Longmont and Brighton.
Consultation Specialists are responsible for providing assistance and advice to clients in selecting floral arrangements and decorations for special occasions. Consultation specialists prepare event floral proposals, with an eye for aesthetics and understanding the customer needs. Consultants, have knowledge of the different types of flowers and plants available (or does research on flowers and plants for event development). Helps create a beautiful and memorable floral experience for clients from start to finish. Having a strong sense of creativity and excellent customer service skills is essential for our floral experience success.
· High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development Test)
· 2+ years Exceptional Customer Service Experience
· 2+ sales experience
· Computer skills
· Creative Thinking
· Written and Verbal Communication Skills
· Time Management Skills
· Budget management skills
· Floral knowledge will be a plus but not mandatory
