Position Summary
Managers have responsibility for the management of complex client engagements with a command of best practices and performance metrics across our clients that range from large academic medical centers to small suburban hospitals. In this role, you will effectively communicate and build relationships with client management to assess their needs, and design and implement solutions based on Huron’s methodology that meet or exceed specified engagement results. You will have demonstrated experience and political savvy working with client executives to maintain the appropriate level of client support and momentum throughout the engagement.

In this visible role as a brand ambassador for Huron Business Advisory/Valuation you will contribute to innovation and advancement of existing solution capabilities. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment while also exercising appropriate autonomy when needed to meet job requirements. As a Manager, you will spend a significant amount of time mentoring junior staff on the engagement team and helping them develop by providing necessary direction. Qualifications
Position Summary
Managers in the Valuation service line must demonstrate performance in the following:
Engagement Management:
  • Lead engagement planning; organize and schedule resources; and ensure compliance with internal policies and managing budget expectations
  • Manages project functions to include client interviews and necessary due diligence
  • Assist in preparation of client deliverables
  • Create an effective work environment setting a positive tone, establishing performance expectations and driving accountability through motivation

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and manage successful client relationships generating positive client feedback on quality, value, innovation, delivery, and results
  • Monitor scope of client expectations surrounding delivery of generated results

Practice Development:
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to a variety of audiences
  • Effectively direct, coach, motivate and evaluate analysts and associates including completion of all elements of Huron’s performance management process
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree
  • 5+ years’ relevant valuation experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Certification in one or more of the following is desirable but not required CPA, CFA and or ASA

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $160,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $126,500 - $187,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
