Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a part-time (possibly some full-time hours and eventually full-time) creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a YouTube Channel and Video Style Content Creator. You will create engaging and entertaining video content for our YouTube channel in this role. A strong understanding of YouTube's unique platform and being able to create content that resonates with our target audience is a must.

What is Expected of You?

• Create engaging and entertaining video content for YouTube that would require travel in the Sarasota, Charlotte and Mantee county areas, riding with our team from time-to-time, going on boat rides for water videos, etc.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and execute creative concepts for videos
• Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and incorporate them into your content
• Monitor and analyze YouTube metrics to track the success of the videos

Requirements:

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of YouTube and its unique platform
• Experience creating video content for social media
• Excellent creative and storytelling skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including being on camera quite often filming yourself for these videos
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Requires the Ability to:

• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in daily duties.
• Perform assigned tasks timely and accurately
• Tolerate an environment where temperature and noise levels vary
• Follow instructions, also exercise independent judgment, sound reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Handle several projects simultaneously
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds at a time

We have a camera that does take video and drone. It would be helpful if you have editing software and more video equipment, however, this is something we can discuss.
