We're looking for a Continuing Medical Education Coordinator to join our team! You will be essential to Community Health System's role as an accredited provider, including supporting the daily operations to ensure quality service is provided. From aiding continuing medical education via service delivery, to program development and execution, to continuous improvement and strategic planning, your knowledge and experience will be integral to your mission and team.

Responsibilities:
In your role, you will:
Gather and analyze data, including preparing and creating reports using eeds, PowerPoint, Excel and/or MS Word.
Assist in facilitating compliance of educational materials, including MS Word and PowerPoint presentations.
Create surveys, polls, content and instructional manuals for administrative staff and physician audiences. Facilitate compliance of educational materials and presentations.
Host CME training and instructional sessions for administrative staff and physician audiences.
Track and monitor CME programs' accreditation status and provide timely and accurate notifications.
Coordinate the development and execution of educational activities (conferences, workshops and webinars), including scheduling, preparation, registration, preparing documents, tracking attendees, activity reconciliation, etc. Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's Degree in related field required
Experience

2 years of related experience required
Experience with an accreditation or credentialing organization preferred
Experience working with an accredited CME program preferred
