In support of this goal, we are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team in our Seattle office.
What does a Contract Administrator do?
The Contract Administrator will provide day-to-day support to the senior leadership team and various department leads on a variety of corporate, governance, and contracting matters, including legal and regulatory support. This role supports the senior leadership team in drafting, editing, redlining and review of a variety of commercial transactions, including sales, purchasing, consulting, technology, licensing, and other agreements. Other responsibilities include setting and managing alerts on the Contract Management System, directing and managing all Reimbursement Contracts with customers to ensure compliance with applicable governing laws and fulfillment of commercial objectives, and more.
What else should I know about this position?
This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to our Chief Financial Officer. This position works a hybrid schedule with at least two days in-person in our Seattle office, with the remaining days available to work at home/remotely.
What are you looking for in a candidate?
To be successful as a Contract Administrator, the ideal candidate should:
- Having Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years contract management experience with extensive drafting and reviewing experience in a wide variety of commercial contracts.
- Be a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and is willing to take on tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate efficiency, organization, a high attention to detail, and meticulous records maintenance skills.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and be able to work independently.
- Have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint applications.
- Be able to work with highly confidential and sensitive documents and information and maintain such confidentiality to protect the Company.
- Possess the knowledge of contract boilerplate language and understand and interpret terms and conditions proposed by vendors and whether such terms should be negotiated.
- Be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Have a personal commitment to organ and tissue donation.
What compensation and benefits do you offer?
The minimum salary for this position is $72,500 annually and the maximum salary is $77,500 annually. Individual compensation will vary within this range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, dependent upon company and individual performance.
