Corporate Controller
Northeast Atlanta Area
ITAC Solutions has partnered with an outstanding software development company to assist in securing a Controller. This is a new position for this young company that is developing a significant presence in the software industry. The new Controller will report directly to the CEO.
Compensation:
- Base Salary up to $150K (DOE)
- Variable Performance Pay

What You’ll be doing as the Controller:
- Manage all aspects of accounting, including Billing, AP/AR.
- Prepare and manage financial forecasting and budgets.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll, tax, and government filings.
- Manage and monitor collection on AR balances.
- Responsible for internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance.
- Responsible for business process improvement by utilizing best practices in both the accounting and operations arenas.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA
- 5-6 Years minimum experience of high-level accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP with the talent to research and implement new technical standards.
- Advanced computers skills, Microsoft Office, Dashboarding and data analytics tools.
- Experience in ERP Systems, QuickBooks Online.
- Strong experience in Tax Compliance for both State & Federal income taxes, and sales tax.
- Experience managing banking, audit, tax relationships.
- Big 4 Accounting experience (preferred).
- Experience with ACS 606 revenue accounting and SaaS and software companies(preferred).
