We are currently seeking cooks at The Skinny Pancake who are passionate about local food, supporting their team, and contributing to a bustling restaurant. Full-time preferred, but part-time roles are also available.
Compensation includes a competitive base wage in addition to a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff each shift. When we're busier, your pay goes up!
Experience s a cook or prep cook is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Our ideal cook is a team player, a quick learner, reliable, honest, respectful, and supportive of others. They can also multitask in a fast-paced, demanding environment without sacrificing presentation, quality, or the cleanliness of their station.
