Minimum Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience
  
• Read and follow recipes
• Cleaning, chop, slice, cook and plate food
• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs
• Constantly remain on your feet for much of your shift
  
• Occasionally position self to bend and reach
  
• Occasionally move product weighing up to 50 pounds across short distances.
• Frequently work in a tight quartered, fast paced environment.
• Pleasant comradery with coworkers

Essential Functions

• Create a positive and energetic environment that supports the delivery of an exceptional guest dining experience while upholding the highest level of TCR and Relais & Châteaux standards.
• Maintain the extraordinary five-star TCR image and resort appearance including all service, cleanliness, and appearance standards.

• Read communications daily for guests special requests and dietary needs
  

• Comply with company policies & procedures, safety standards & rules, and federal/state/local laws and ordinances.

• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

• Assist in receiving and stocking supplies
