We have a Full-Time Cook Mixed Shift position serving our residents in our fine dining restaurant 58 Fifty-Five.

• 40 hours a week
• Rotating Weekends
• No late nights

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, club or similar institution.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with a combination of days, evenings and some weekends.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to understand measurements and conversions.
• Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance. Some knowledge of nutrition and diet.
• Serv-Safe qualification required within 60 days of employment.
• Knowledge and understanding of food products specifications, FIFO method, proper storage and preparation standards for safe food handling.
• Trillium Woods is a LCS Community, compliance with the LCS COVID-19 Policy is required for this position as it is all for all LCS Community positions.
