Sky Dine Food and Beverage Services is located at the Hector International Airport, in Fargo, is looking for high energy and enthusiastic cooks to encompass all skills of cooking to prepare food for our guests traveling to far and near destinations. We love to share our comfort foods from our exciting menu!
Cooks may perform a variety of positions like prep cook, line cook, baking and washing dishes while in a fun and energetic workplace.

Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food (e.g., chopping vegetables, preparing and portioning meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow manager / supervisor instructions
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Clean tableware
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
Qualifications
- Proven cooking experience preferred but not required. We offer on the job training!
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Serve Safe Certification desired but not required
