In this position, you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously while producing high-quality materials, providing excellent client relations and timely follow-up. You will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of initiatives to optimize the company’s future growth and profitability, with a keen eye towards opportunities that would best align with the company’s mission and values.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop presentations on key initiatives and the state of the business for senior management
  • Lead corporate integration efforts post acquisition
  • Evaluate and summarize M&A prospect information discovered through marketing materials, public filings, meetings & calls, and various other sources
  • Evaluate macro-level trends, track competitor strategies and communicate insights to support organizational strategy
  • Lead the execution of key organizational growth initiatives, including strategic partnerships and M&A transactions
  • Assist in the evaluation of capital allocation decisions alongside senior leadership team and investors
  • Evaluate global expansion opportunities including new market expansion, product development, and strategic partnership opportunities
  • Manages project timelines and milestone dates relating to M&A activities
  • Develop and iterate on Indications of Interest (IOIs) and Letters of Intent (LOIs)
  • Provide pre-deal due diligence for identified opportunities, including synergies and examining risks, while leading other cross-functional work streams
  • Drive post-LOI transaction execution by coordinating third party diligence partners related to Legal, Quality of Earnings, and Commercial
  • Lead corporate integration efforts post acquisition

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or a an equivalent field required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5-10 years relevant experience
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across assignments
  • Experience with SQL and R/Python
  • Strong financial modeling experience and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics
  • Self-starter who can take on significant responsibility, drive projects to completion with little supervision and meet deadlines
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proven success leading post acquisition integration activity
