Job Description:

This full-time position is designed for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and desire a fast-paced work environment. This ideal candidate is a self-starter, reliable, and need little oversight. Additionally, this receptionist will greet guests coming into our corporate office, manages multiple tasks that includes shipping/receiving needs, handles multi-line phone systems and always comes in with a positive can-do attitude.

Schedule

Monday through Friday- 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary: 50-60k per year

Responsibilities and Duties

· Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and communicates messages in a timely manner

· Types, edits, proofreads, and scans documents

· Retrieves mail from off-site mail center daily, sorts and distributes mail

· Handles all shipping/receiving needs for corporate office location

· Places maintenance requests via online system for any issues at our corporate office

· Greets office guests, makes bank deposits, sets up for meetings, coordinates orders, and picks up office meals

· Printing, packaging and binding documents and presentations

· Maintains all office filing with precision and updates filing system as new locations are brought online

· Maintains cleanliness in common areas such as reception area, stock rooms, kitchen, and training room

· Other projects such as, but not limited to, making new site unit files, sending new customer letters, mailing branded items/uniforms to sites upon request

· Maintains monthly spreadsheets and software reports

· Attends and participates in training and software reports

· Performs other duties as assigned

· Make bank deposits, go to the post office, and run other errands as needed (Mileage will be reimbursed)

Qualifications and Skills

· Valid Driver’s License and working vehicle required

· Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· 3-5 years of experience as a receptionist or executive assistant in a corporate environment

· Adept in MS Office [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Professional demeanor

· Customer service-oriented attitude
