We are seeking a full time Corporate Recruiter for our Pipersville, PA headquarters. The right candidate will recruit qualified Dental professionals to work in our contracted correctional facilities across the country.
- Identify candidates using different avenues like job postings, cold calling, referrals, or using our ATS system.
- Screen candidates through phone calls and Microsoft Teams meetings.
- Arrange in person or video interviews with managers.
- Plan, organize, and execute events on occasion.
- Look into different market trends per location.
- Collaborate with Company’s departments to assist candidates with all on-boarding procedures, including pre-employment tests, offer letters, employment contracts, and expectations.
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Experience in recruiting professionals for Correctional facilities (or similar settings) - required
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of current recruitment best practice and strategies
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Great interpersonal skills
- Able to meet deadlines and targets
- Available for occasional travel, including overnight, for select events
