What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing priorities, specific position requirements, job responsibilities, and how they relate to business goals.
- Design, develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify the top talent.
- Perform full life cycle recruiting for multiple sites across the US.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates through cold calling networking, research, and data mining.
- Conduct initial phone screen of potential candidates to evaluate and assess their interest level qualifications, geographic preference, salary range, etc.
- Sell the company culture and benefits to engage and recruit top talent to the organization.
- Prepare documentation related to potential leads and candidate assessments utilize and maintain related files and systems for tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes.
What you’ll need:
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
- The ability to interact well with all levels of staff within company.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High volume recruiting experience preferred.
- A results-driven personality and work style.
- A go getter personality and excitement about recruiting!
