CPA/Bookkeeper Job at Palm Agent
We are seeking a full charge and experienced CPA/bookkeeper to assist two of our successful businesses: software development company, Palm Agent, and Rox Dental Partners. The opportunity would reside in Southlake, Texas and would oversee both businesses in Texas and Tennessee.
About Our Companies
Palm Agent is Texas based Real Estate software application designed to help agents and title companies calculate monthly payments and closing costs and net sheet results for their clients.
Rox Dental Partners is a privately owned and operating practice with 4 location outside of Nashville, TN.
Job Description
We would like the qualified candidate to be well-versed in all accounting methods and procedures within different business entities. Maybe you have taken some time off and would like to get back in the mix?
Potential candidates must have experience in QuickBooks, including general ledger knowledge, financial banking activities, financial reporting, and reconciliations; knowledge of high-tech, real estate and medical businesses a plus but not required. This person must be able to work independently, yet be part of a dynamic team to share ideas on company growth and numbers. The position would report to both owners and CPA of the businesses.
Requirements
At least 5+ years experience
Certification a plus
Ability to work several business platforms at once
Exceptional communication
Problem solving
Team player
Experience with a Mac/Google Docs a plus
