As a Crane Rigger, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail-oriented, and communicate effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hard-working candidate that can safely and properly rig various construction supplies and equipment to a Tower Crane
• Must be familiar with standardized rigging techniques, be able to distinguish different types of rigging devices, and effectively assist the crane operator in making picks
• Have adequate knowledge of tower crane functions, be certified in crane rigging & signaling (or willing to become certified)
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols
• Must be able to read a load chart to determine the proper equipment to be used in attaching material to the crane based off the weight of the load
• Good mathematical skills, multitasking skills, and attention to detail is a requirement for the position
• Experience in heavy equipment operation and repair is a positive trait for this position
• Not afraid of working at heights, and must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work.
• Able to continuously lift 50-100 pounds
• At least 1-2 years professional rigging experience (required)

Other Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Monday-Thursday 10 hs shift
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proper insurance
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
