As a Credentialing Associate in the Lunaverse, you will have a unique and immediate impact in a well-funded startup environment in healthcare tech by:

• Ensuring that all physical therapists coming on the Luna platform are credentialed in a timely and complete manner- the lifeblood of our business. This includes gathering and accurately submitting all necessary information for CAQH and Medicare providers, as well as tracking all expiring credentials pertaining to certifications, licensure and liability insurance
• Creating a culture of exceptional customer service by continually exceeding our patients and therapists’ expectations
• Maintaining a respectful, professional, friendly and welcoming relationship with all Luna physical therapists, staff, medical and non-medical professionals, and vendors
• Advising management team of any potential delays in a therapists credentialing
• Credentialing Associates are like detectives, taking great pride in understanding their work is meaningful and impacts our ability to treat patients safely and reliably

You will be a good fit if you are:

• Entry level - 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service required; ie phone skills, attention detailed associated with data entry experience would translate well in this position!
• 1 year of experience in healthcare setting preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to to prioritize and organize work accordingly
• A positive, self-starter attitude with pride in work
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, as credentialing associates have a high impact on therapist engagement with the Luna platform initially
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Proficient in G-Suite and Excel
• Coachability, interest in implementing feedback and dedication to improvement of your craft
• Appreciation for Luna's strong marketplace position
• Experience in a start-up a plus!
