Crew Members (Red Shirts):
Red Shirts play just as important of a role in Five Guys operations as any Manager does. Red Shirts are trained to work in many different positions within the restaurant. The goal for all Five Guys Red Shirts is to receive their weekly bonus by serving perfect food, maintaining a perfectly clean store and by giving the best customer service.
Requirements:
- Enjoys interacting with people

- Able to follow directions well
- Willing to perform tasks given with a positive attitude
- Solid work ethic
- Punctual
- Maintain fast accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and make sure all products are consistent with company standards.
- Able to stand on their feet for upwards to 8 hours
