CRMA/PSS (Part-time, every weekend) Job at Maine Veterans' Homes
Are you looking to earn some extra cash? We are currently seeking a CRMA for our Residential Care Village. This is a part-time position, every weekend, 16 hours per week, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Job Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments to residents as ordered by the attending physician, and under the direction of the Residential Care Director, in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and practices of the facility and State of Maine.
- Review care plans and provide care accordingly
- Identify and honor resident choices in activities of daily living, while maintaining resident safety
- Communicate with co-workers at all levels to adequately meet the needs of the residents
- Assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks, adhering to the residents preferences
- Launder residents personal clothing
- Help to clean and maintain the environment of the house
- Provide engagement and activities for residents
- Performs other related duties as required

Experience and Skills:
CRMA Certification required, as well as PSS, DSP, or CNA designation (CNA can be inactive).
