Responsibilities/Job Description:
We are looking for a
Server/Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community in Lake Elmo. This part-time food services schedule includes;
- 16 hours every two weeks
- Day shifts
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Arbor Glen is located blocks from downtown Lake Elmo Minnesota, conveniently north of Hwy 94 and in between the cities of North St. Paul and Stillwater. As one of our newer senior living communities it features 84 units between the independent, assisted living and memory care apartments. - Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting
- Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service
- Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies
- Assists with meal prep and special events
- Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors
- Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately
