This position performs a variety of duties under the direction of the Dining Services Director/Food & Beverage Manager to include distributing and collecting menus, tallies menus, completing production sheets, maintaining diet profiles, coding and tracking invoices, tracking reservations for main dining room and ordering office supplies for the food service department.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions
• Prior experience in food service is desirable
• Relevant skills include following directions, multi-tasking, leadership, interpersonal relationships and effective written and oral communications
• Assist in the preparation of menus, production sheets and maintaining diet profiles
• Coding and Tracking of Invoices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Tracking and booking reservations for the main dining room
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies for culinary department
• Maintains a clean and presentable workspace
• Preparation of production sheets and patient orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintains a professional demeanor, including proper uniform and hygiene standards
• Excels in communication, verbal and written, with a resident focus to ensure positive interactions with all residents and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills
• Adheres to the posted schedule, arrives on time and ready to work
• Lift, push, pull, carry up to 30 pounds
