Cultivator / Grower Job at White Ash Cannabis
We are a small cannabis business and owner operator looking for a skilled grower/cultivator to execute daily tasks in Flower and Veg Rooms with full efficiency and a strong attention to detail. Must be able to take direction from the lead grower.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assists with assigned tasks including fertigation, harvest, propagation and all other cultivation work including execution of production and harvest plans
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest in indoor grow, through trimming, curing packaging, watering, feeding, monitoring environment, etc., as needed
- Pruning
- Transplanting/Moving plants
- Cloning
- Cleaning and proper sanitation of all work areas as well as any tools used in trimming, curing, etc.
- Inspecting product for mold, fungus, disease, bugs, or other abnormalities and report to managers
- Responsible and accountable for quality control through every phase of production.
- Other (IPM, room checks, meetings, breaks, post-harvest, hand watering, etc.)
- Follow all rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following OSHA regulations, organization standards and legal regulations
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management'

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
