Curriculum Pathways Coordinator (up to 20 hrs/wk) Job at New England College
Reporting to the Registrar, the grant funded position will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Degree Works Student Education Planner (SEP). Position will develop reporting to best utilize the information created through the SEP.
- Develop and maintain Degree Works Student Education Planners (SEP) for NEC programs;
- Coordinate with Faculty, Advising and Program Directors to define program pathways including a yearly review for updates;
- Design promotional materials and instructions for the institutional community for effective utilization of SEPs;
- Oversee implementation of SEPs including the development of policy and parameters for who and how SEPs are used;
- Collaborate with Registrar’s Office colleagues on Banner and specifically Degree Work audit; adjustments/improvements to enhance the utility of the SEPs;
- Create reports to inform Associate Deans and Program Directors of course needs.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 1-3 years working in a higher education setting or equivalent;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Proven attention to detail.
- Experience with project management;
- Excellent technology skills including familiarity with Banner and Degree Works or equivalent.
