The Arc Lexington is currently looking to for a Mobile Work Crew Supervisor to join our Employment Resources team. The Mobile Work Crew Supervisor works with the people we support, communicating and establishing competitive norms for each job to be completed. This person will assist the Mobile Work Crew members to adjust to appropriate work habits, attitudes, behaviors, hygiene, and appearance. This person is also responsible for keeping close contact with contracting companies, soliciting feedback and resolving problems as they occur.

Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervise the work of up to eight Mobile Work Crew members in various locations in the community.
- Transport crew members, using an agency vehicle, to and from individual worksites.
- Complete all programmatic paperwork as required by regulation(s).
- Understand job to be performed, clarify tasks, break down into steps, establish quality standards and train crew members to do the job.
- Evaluate the work and work habits of crew members at least every six months.
- Provide support to crew members for appropriate job performance and work ethics.
- Work along with the crew on a regular basis to promote good work habits and ensure the job is completed as agreed in a timely manner
- Assist in developing new worksites.
- Evaluate and recommend for purchase equipment necessary to perform jobs adequately.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Supervisory and Human Service experience preferred.
- Experience in grounds maintenance, housekeeping and/or janitorial work preferred.
- A valid NYS driver's license with driving record acceptable to Agency standards is required.
