University Retirement Community is looking for a Custodian to provide routine and special cleaning services throughout our facility.
Compensation: $16-$18 / hr DOE
What you'll be doing:
- Routine and special cleaning of all public and common use areas.
- Shampoo carpets, wax floors, wash windows, and remove trash.
- Operates special equipment for floor care in public areas and residential units.
Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 4:00pm-12:30am
About you:
- Minimum three (3) years of Custodial Experience.
- Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of solutions, chemicals and pertinent cleaning supplies.
- Ability to read and understand label instructions.
- Must have a CA valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have at least 3 years driving experience
