Custodian/Maintenance Job at Manchester Motor Company
The Custodian/Cleaning Specialist is responsible for the overall cleanliness of all facilities.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not nessassary
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Capable of working independently or without direct supervision
- Operate basic housekeeping equipment
- Ability to travel to multiple sites, if requested
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Completes general daily housekeeping/cleaning for the Dealership Group.
- Ability to operate lawn keeping equipment
- Assists maintenance as needed
- Ensures all common areas are kept clean, including the exterior of buildings. Assist with light snow removal and/or salting outside areas.
- Performs sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and carpet cleaning.
- Interacts with Dealership Personel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
