Starting rate of pay dependent on experience and shift: $21.50 - $25.72 *

Job Summary
Perform duties to complete various tasks with a safety-minded approach related to machine set up, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and/or preventative maintenance on assigned equipment to meet production goals and standards on a regular basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform duties to complete various tasks with a safety-minded approach related to machine set up, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and/or preventative maintenance on assigned equipment to meet production goals and standards on a regular basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare work center to run according to schedule and ensure production goals and standards are met
- Work with other area leads to ensure sufficient product flow
- Assist with material handling to provide continuous production at each work center and meet operational needs
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Monitor operation of machine, reporting any damage or needed repairs before end of shift
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks on machine
- Proactively adjust equipment if deviations occur
- Conduct frequent checks on product quality to ensure standards are met, report quality issues to the supervisor
- Maintain a clear and organized work area
- Support a safe working environment for all work center employees
- Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed
Requirements/Skills:
- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent math skills
- Basic math skills
- Able to work overtime
- Able to measure and read a measuring device
- Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Demonstrated mechanical abilities
- Demonstrated aptitude to learn complex processes
- Working knowledge of computers
- Knowledge of GMP’s.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods of time (approximately 8+ hours/day)
- Able to bend, twist and turn repeatedly/daily (approximately 6-9 hours/day)
- Able to lift to 50 lbs. frequently/daily (approximately 4-7 hours/day)
- Able to reach overhead occasionally/daily (less than 3 hours/day)
