Customer Contact Representative

Oak Lawn Toyota is a large, family-owned and operated dealership in Oak Lawn, IL. You will work in a great team environment at a customer-centric Toyota dealership where your primary responsibility is handling inbound inquiries originating from all advertising sources.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong written communication, phone and text skills
  • Experience in a team environment is a plus
  • Call center or BDC experience a plus
  • This position requires a high activity level to develop the necessary knowledge and relationships that will be important to the success of this role as an appointment-setting team member
  • Ability to manage a detailed reporting regimen
  • Professional and polished telephone skills
  • Unlimited self-motivation and confidence
  • Internal drive to meet goals and objectives while working independently.
  • Ability to establish priorities to achieve pre-defined tasks and objectives.
  • Team player, collaborative personality

The ideal candidate will be called upon to manage vehicle Internet inquiries, sales calls, live chat, texts, and more, as well as handling outbound communication (email, phone, text, etc.) NO COLD CALLING is involved. If, not WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

COMPENSATION

Full-time position includes hourly pay, plus significant monthly flat rate bonuses based upon appointments that show and buy.

We want our Customer Contact department to be viewed as a team that enriches the online experience of our shoppers.
