Blair Tech is seeking a a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.
JOB DUTIES
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Work with multiple online marketplace platforms; including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
- Meet key performance metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in customer service or other related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer issue resolution.
- Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Prior eCommerce experience is a plus.
- Prior experience with IT concepts is a plus.
- Technical support experience is a plus.
- Dependable hours, first shift, and pay & benefits, and occasional OT.
