Essential Functions:
- Plans, directs and oversees a high performing Customer Experience (CX) team
- Recruits, develops and leads a team performing analytical and quantitative research to enable customer survey data
- Leads and oversees change management strategies for the division
- Directs the team on outreach opportunities, including planning, organizing, budgeting, contracting and identifying performance measures
- Oversees and leads Customer Experience Strategy/Outreach/Change Management for the division
- Coordinates with other divisions to implement new technologies and streamline processes resulting from identifying performance shortfalls outlined in the CX strategy

Pay: $7,204.00 - $8,950.00 per month
