Experience Support Specialist- Customer Experience Group

$17.50 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answer phone calls, chats, and other electronically delivered requests to the call center
  • Process email requests and issues delivered into the call center
  • Own and manage cases including communication and resolution to customers using call ticketing system
  • Research and escalate issues as needed
  • Responsible for handling all customer inquiries and questions that come though the call center
  • Follow up with customer in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot software issues as needed
  • Problem solve and provide guidance to help customers resolve issues
  • Enter data into various software programs

Who we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years in a call center
  • 1-2 years in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Experience using ticketing systems (i.e. Salesforce) is helpful
  • Proficient with MS office applications: Word, Excel, etc.
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional and able to handle even temperament in high pressure situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Shift:

  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
