Experience Support Specialist- Customer Experience Group
$17.50 per hour
What you’ll be doing:
- Answer phone calls, chats, and other electronically delivered requests to the call center
- Process email requests and issues delivered into the call center
- Own and manage cases including communication and resolution to customers using call ticketing system
- Research and escalate issues as needed
- Responsible for handling all customer inquiries and questions that come though the call center
- Follow up with customer in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot software issues as needed
- Problem solve and provide guidance to help customers resolve issues
- Enter data into various software programs
Who we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years in a call center
- 1-2 years in customer service
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Experience using ticketing systems (i.e. Salesforce) is helpful
- Proficient with MS office applications: Word, Excel, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Professional and able to handle even temperament in high pressure situations
