Customer Parts Representative Job at Leddy Group
We have a direct hire, full-time Customer Parts Representative opportunity in Exeter, NH! In this role, you will assist customers with placing new orders and following up on existing orders. Our client requires someone with a high school diploma, MS Office skills, and general knowledge of how to read schematics or bills of material.
Responsibilities of the Customer Parts Representative
- Respond to customers’ emails and phone calls
- Identify customers’ needs based on their orders or by reviewing schematics, plans, or documents
- Prepare quotes and orders for customers
- Enter firm orders and review order status on a daily basis
- Assist customers with questions regarding orders and returns
- Perform data entry
- Perform other tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Customer Parts Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong customer service background
- Friendly and helpful personality
- Organized
- Good communication skills
