Customer Service Advocate / Dispatcher Job at AutoSmith Service Group
AutoSmith Service Group with Locations in Ironton, McGregor, Motley, and Aitkin is looking to bring another person onto our team!
This person reports to the Towing & Service Managers and will assist with daily operations in their departments.
Some responsibilities and tasks will be,
- Answering Inbound phone calls and gathering information from Customers, Insurance Companies, Police Dispatch, ETC
- Scheduling work
- Assisting Management with clerical tasks
- Dispatch jobs to drivers as needed
- Assisting with after hours phone calls occasionally.
Skills needed to be proficient in the position
- Computer Skills (ie: Email, Chrome, Towbook, AAA D3, Shop boss, Microsoft office)
- how to use a multi-line phone
- Customer Service
- Self-starting
- Operation of a 2-way radio
- Mapping Skills
- Fast Paced
This position will be based at our Ironton or Deerwood Office, this position has the potential to have remote work an option after being trained.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
