We are seeking candidates to join our Customer Service Shape Specialist team. This is a work from home position. The role will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer fit issues via phone, email and social media. In addition, the CS Shape Specialist will also be responsible for engaging, inspiring, and celebrating the Measure & Made Independent Brand Ambassador community a.k.a the “Field” or "Shapesetters". You will help with Field marketing activation, communication, and recognition strategies to increase the engagement and productivity of the Measure & Made field and monitor key metrics and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond appropriately to all Customer and Field interactions via channel they arrived (Phone, Email, Social).
  • Maintain a high-level knowledge about all Measure & Made products as well as customer-based promotions and initiatives.
  • Understand and activate Field marketing initiatives to assist our Shapesetters and their business
  • Identify Shapesetter sales vs Corporate sales made on the Measure & Made website
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in your documentation of customer interactions, within Gorgias and Shopify
  • Assist customers with placing new orders, processing exchanges or returns of their product(s)
  • Meet all company service level expectations

Qualifications/Skills:

  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Marketing, or similar field
  • Experience in direct selling, retail, or sales preferred
  • Proficient writer – clear, concise, fun!
  • Excellent communication skills with obsessive attention to detail
    • Highly organized with the skill to track interactions from inception to final resolution
    • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple interactions with tight deadlines
  • A creative thinker who always thinks outside the box
    • Self-starter, fast learner with action and results-orientation
    • Resourceful, ability to problem-solve and react quickly with a positive can-do attitude
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience using Shopify, Gorgias, and/or Aircall a plus
  • Must have high speed internet as this is a remote position
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
